Brief outline of responsibilities:
Deliver a high-quality service as part of the Occupational Therapy and Adapted Housing team by, completing thorough assessments and case notes, recommending and prescribing equipment and adaptations, reviewing your interventions and ensuring compliance with local and national legislation, policy and guidance relevant to the role.
