This is a key role within the Property Services team, responsible for delivering Fire Risk Assessments, managing associated remedial works, and ensuring statutory compliance across a varied portfolio of public buildings and schools. You will work closely with the Senior Statutory Compliance Surveyor and play a vital role in protecting building users through effective fire safety and accessibility measures.
