Synergy Healthcare is a long-established, dynamic physiotherapy and rehabilitation practice based in Bedlington. We are looking for a talented and motivated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our growing team, delivering high-quality, hands-on physiotherapy and rehabilitation to our patients.
This is a full-time role, ideal for a clinician who enjoys professional challenge, values strong clinical reasoning, and takes pride in achieving excellent patient outcomes.
The Role:
You will manage a varied musculoskeletal caseload, delivering evidence-based physiotherapy with a strong emphasis on hands-on assessment and manual treatment. You will work both independently and alongside an experienced, supportive team in a clinic that values clinical skill, autonomy, and professionalism.
Evening and weekend work may be required as part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver high-quality, hands-on musculoskeletal physiotherapy treatment
· Undertake thorough assessment, treatment planning, and review
· Manage a varied and sometimes complex musculoskeletal caseload
· Work independently when required, including lone working
· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
· Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development and CPD
About You:
We are looking for a clinician who is confident, professional, and patient-focused, with a genuine passion for hands-on musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
· HCPC registered Physiotherapist
· Evidence of up-to-date CPD
· Strong manual therapy and hands-on treatment skills
· Confidence working independently and using clinical judgement
· Full UK driving licence
' Must have authorisation to work as a Physiotherapist in the UK
· Motivated, adaptable, and patient-focused approach
Experience with complex trauma is desirable, but not essential.
