About the Role: Protocol Education is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join schools across Lambeth. This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils in their learning journey while gaining valuable classroom experience. Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils, including those with special educational needs (SEN). Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management. Support students’ social and emotional development. Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Requirements: Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar setting). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
