Were now hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead a talented new business team, drive national growth, and help build the next big name in fitness tech.
What Youll Be Doing
* Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 5 sales reps to achieve and exceed targets
* Set the tone and pace create a high-performing, growth-focused culture
* Develop and deliver strategic sales plans that align with our national expansion goals
* Use data to drive decisions track performance, report insights, and identify opportunities
* Visit partner gyms across the UK to build relationships and expand brand reach
* Proactively solve problems and streamline team operations and scheduling
What Youll Bring
* A proven track record leading successful new business sales teams (B2B or B2C)
* Coaching skills that unlock potential and drive high performance
* A natural passion for fitness and an entrepreneurial mindset
* Organisational and time management skills to keep everything running smoothly
* High energy, initiative, and the confidence to lead from the front
* A full UK driving licence
