Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive – Legal 500 Firm – Lincoln – £50,000 to £80,000

The Role
* Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters with autonomy
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through high-quality service
* Advise on acquisitions, disposals, leases, development matters and wider commercial property transactions
* Collaborate with experienced colleagues across departments and offices
* Contribute to a business-minded, solution-driven team supporting a wide range of commercial clients
* Mentor or support junior staff members as part of their ongoing development
You
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years’ PQE in commercial property
* Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base
* Excellent time management, organisational and IT skills
* Comfortable working autonomously while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
* Friendly, professional and approachable with strong interpersonal skills
* Motivated to progress within a firm that supports long-term career growth
