The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, your role will involve providing support and encouragement, guided by both the person supported and the person-centered support plan.
You will need to maintain accurate records as per service requirements and may be required to administer personal care and medication.
There may be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional GBP 60 per sleep-in.
Their residential home caters to adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, offering 25 single-occupancy, self-contained flats, and two flats for two people.
