Excellent communication skills to confidently influence at all levels, internally and externally are an essential requirement, with a professional mindset and a strong ability to maintain confidentiality core demonstrable skill sets required.
You will be experienced in managing and developing a team, with a focus on transferring skills and knowledge to direct reports, while embedding a “first in class” customer service mindset across the team. This would be complimented by an ability to influence and support key decisions and outcomes across the wider Solutions Finance management team supported by a high level understanding of other key functions across the financial, NSSL, and Group areas.
Experience in identifying and embedding new ways of working and continuous improvement opportunities would be highly advantageous, with a key focus on maximising efficiencies and driving automation through system utilisation and process improvements
