Domiciliary Care Manager – Home Care Up to £45,000 Bonus Scheme | Full-Time | Permanent This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a well-established domiciliary care branch and lead it to its next chapter. With a strong reputation already built within the community, this branch is looking for an experienced and driven Domiciliary Care Manager who has the vision, the skills and the ambition to take things even further. If you are a proven manager with a passion for high-quality home care and a sharp eye for business growth, this role - with a salary of up to £45,000 plus a bonus scheme -could be exactly what you have been looking for. What Our Client Is Looking For Level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership and Management - essential Proven management experience within a domiciliary care setting - essential Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks Strong business acumen with a genuine desire to develop and grow the service An inspiring and effective leader with excellent communication skills Full UK driving licence - essential Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care What’s On Offer Comprehensive induction programme Ongoing training and progression opportunities Competitive annual leave increasing with length of service Pension scheme Paid DBS check Employee benefits portal Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and operational running of the domiciliary care branch Drive the growth and development of the service, identifying opportunities to expand and improve Ensure the branch consistently meets and exceeds CQC standards and all relevant regulatory requirements Lead, support and develop a team of care coordinators and field-based care staff Monitor and maintain the quality of care delivered to clients in their own homes Manage staff recruitment, induction, supervision and performance effectively Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral partners and commissioners Manage budgets and branch performance in line with business targets Reference: WILL227935/DB INDNUR
