You will play an important role in supporting the safe, efficient, and high quality delivery of complex projects, working alongside experienced professionals across multiple disciplines.
Job Description
As a Graduate Construction Manager, you will:
Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental standards are met at all times
Undertake surveying and setting out tasks
Check technical drawings and quantities
Assist with scheduling and procurement of materials
Help plan and organise site operations to meet programme deadlines
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
Maintain quality assurance records
Resolve unexpected technical issues that arise on site
Arrange testing and inspection of materials
Calibrate surveying and measurement instruments
Maintain an accurate site diary
Collaborate with the wider construction site team
Support other functional teams as required
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
Perform any additional duties required by the Line Manager

Personal Specification
Technical Competencies – Essential
Studying (or recently completed) a degree in Construction Management or a related discipline
Understanding of construction management principles
Strong communication skills – written and verbal
Valid CSR / SAFE PASS / CSCS card
Previous site experience (placement or internship)
