Your new roleAs a Supply Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning throughout EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classrooms. Your responsibilities may include:
* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
* Helping create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
* Supporting children with additional needs and adapting learning materials where required
* Encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to the school's safeguarding culture
* Providing general classroom, playground, and lunchtime support

What you'll need to succeed
