THE ROLE:
This Territory Manager position offers a fantastic opportunity to join an agile, growing business with a strong reputation in the vascular access and critical care space. You will be selling a specialist portfolio of vascular access devices, consumables, and related solutions into NHS hospitals across the Southwest, West Midlands & South Wales.
You will be responsible for managing, developing and winning business with procurement teams, radiologists, ICU staff, vascular teams and other key clinical decision-makers. The role is a healthy mix of new business and account management, with significant growth potential within existing accounts. Full training will be provided on the company's product portfolio, giving you the tools to succeed in a consultative, clinical sales environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates with 2-3 years of medical sales experience will be strongly considered, as well as primary care reps eager to step up into secondary care, OR commercial clinicians (such as nurses or ODPs) looking to transition into sales. A proven track record of new business generation and account growth will strengthen your application.

The Package for Territory Manager:
· Basic Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)
· Bonus: £20,000 uncapped
· Car allowance - £650p/m
· Pension
· Holidays: 28 days + bank holidays
