We are recruiting a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our clients' 42-bed nursing home, which provides high-quality nursing and dementia care in a warm and supportive environment.

As Clinical Lead, you will oversee all aspects of clinical care within the home. Working closely with the Home Manager and team, you will ensure residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred care. Your responsibilities include care planning, clinical audits, compliance, medication management, infection control, and wound care. You will also support, mentor, and develop staff to uphold clinical standards. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will liaise with families and healthcare professionals and provide hands-on care when needed.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse seeking to advance into a Clinical Lead role and make a significant impact.

Job Qualifications

* A valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
* Experience in a senior nursing role within a care home or similar healthcare setting
* Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills under pressure
* Leadership experience in managing care teams and clinical standards
* Knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding protocols
* Excellent communication skills with colleagues, residents, families, and professionals; strong organisational abilities for strategic and operational work
* Experience in auditing and leadership
