How you'll make an impact Motivating and supporting a team of Claims Managers and their claims teams; Supporting claims managers with all departmental activities including resource, quality and strategy Acting as technical and procedural referral for claims handlers and managers where necessary; Monitoring and controlling team and department portfolios; Attending client meetings; Driving quality in the department; Supporting with auditing as required. About you We are seeking an individual with operational management experience within a legal or insurance claims environment. We would also be keen to hear from candidates who have the equivalent experience from outside of the legal and insurance industry. What can Strata Solicitors offer you?
