Job Description
 3. Manage and optimise the performance of property assets within the portfolio.
 4. Develop and implement asset management strategies in line with organisational goals.
 5. Prepare detailed reports and analyses on asset performance for internal stakeholders.
 6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
 7. Collaborate with internal teams to align property strategies with broader organisational objectives.
 8. Lead on the identification and delivery of value-adding initiatives for the property portfolio.
 9. Support procurement processes for property services and contractors as required.
 10. Address and resolve any issues related to asset management in a timely manner.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Asset Manager should have:
 11. Proven experience in asset management within the property department or related field.
 12. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
 13. Knowledge of property regulations and compliance requirements.
 14. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
 15. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
