Key Responsibilities Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with menu and brand standards
Take ownership of your section and maintain consistency during busy service
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
Assist with stock control, rotation, and minimising waste
Contribute ideas for specials and menu improvements
Requirements Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
Passion for fresh, quality food and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
Strong organisational and teamwork skills
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
A proactive, positive attitude and genuine love for hospitality
