We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a young lady with an acquired brain injury. This role is based in Chester and requires a compassionate individual who has experience in similar roles. The successful candidate must be a driver and have at least 6 months of experience working in the UK. Day-to-day of the role: Accompany the service user to day-to-day activities, ensuring safety and providing support as needed. Assist with daily living tasks, promoting independence wherever possible. Monitor the health and well-being of the service user, reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals. Facilitate social and recreational outings, enhancing the quality of life for the service user. Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must be a licensed driver. Minimum of 6 months experience working in the UK in a similar role. Proven experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries or similar conditions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
