The day to day
Lead day to day by building a brilliant team, setting clear direction, and creating a workplace where people thrive. Responsibilities include:
* Hiring and coaching staff.
* Merchandising and visual presentation.
* Managing payroll and operating budget.
* Maintaining store performance using data insights.
* Collaborating with District and Regional Managers to grow the business.
