Great opportunity to join a fun team in a rapidly expanding business on the outskirts of Cambridge.
Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with customers while supporting the sales team. This full-time, permanent role is based onsite daily.
Typical Duties Include:
1. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting relationships.
2. Keep existing customers informed about current offers, company news, and promotions.
3. Engage with customers to encourage sales and enhance relationships.
4. Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries.
5. Manage customer expectations professionally.
6. Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
7. Process customer orders and payments.
8. Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
