Marketing Executive – Bspoke Lifestyle

Hybrid – 2-3 days a week in the Gloucester office

£28,000 - £32,000 (dependant on experience) per annum + benefits

Role overview

The Marketing Executive will support the delivery of marketing activity across both digital and offline channels, contributing to the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role plays a key part in managing content, supporting brand development, and ensuring consistent messaging across the business.

Working in a fast-paced and varied environment, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for tasks such as developing social media campaigns, maintaining website content, producing newsletters, and analysing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.




Key Accountabilities

Campaigns & Content

* Plan and deliver targeted digital campaigns across email and social media channels.
* Create engaging, on-brand content for email, web, and social media platforms.
* Support the development of campaign assets, ensure consistency across channels.
* Manage the email marketing schedule and build campaigns that drive impact and engagement.
* Assist with copywriting for newsletters, website content, and communications.


Digital & Web

* Manage and update website content, landing pages, and document uploads using CMS tools (e.g. WordPress and WIX).
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance, generating insights to improve effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
* Stay informed about digital trends and tools to ensure a fresh and effective marketing approach.


Offline Marketing & Collateral

* Coordinate the production of printed collateral and manage stock levels.
* Liaise with suppliers, including printers, design agencies, and publications.
* Oversee affiliate link requests and distribute marketing packs to B2B partners.
* Brief external design agencies on creative requirements and ensure timely delivery of assets.


Events, PR & Partnerships

* Support logistics and planning of events and exhibitions.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support sales enablement and partnership growth.
* Work with external agencies to support media outreach and enhance brand visibility.


Reporting & Data

* Maintain marketing databases and segmented contact lists on Mailchimp.
* Produce monthly reports on campaign performance, with a focus on social media and email metrics.
* Track marketing spend and support budget management to ensure cost efficiency.




Skills And Knowledge

Essential

* Demonstrated ability to deliver marketing activity across digital and offline channels, evidenced by campaign outcomes and channel usage.
* Proven track record of planning, executing, and managing multi-channel campaigns, with examples of campaign performance and reach.
* Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, assessed through quality and consistency of written content.
* Proficient in using Mailchimp for email marketing, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.
* Practical experience with content management systems such as WordPress and Wix, shown through website updates and content uploads.
* Ability to create visual content using Canva or Adobe Illustrator, with a portfolio or examples of design work.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), demonstrated through regular use and task completion.
* Evidence of a creative and growth-oriented mindset, shown through innovative ideas, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ability to produce and interpret marketing reports, including campaign metrics and performance data.
* Analytical skills demonstrated by tracking ROI and adjusting marketing activity based on data insights.
* Effective time management and organisational skills, measured by the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects independently.
* Collaborative working style, evidenced by successful cross-functional projects and stakeholder feedback.
* Passion for brand-building and interest in lifestyle, or tech, demonstrated through relevant project involvement or personal initiatives.

Desirable

* Experience managing and analysing social media performance across platforms, supported by reporting examples.
* Previous experience in financial services, lifestyle brands, or regulated industries, evidenced by role history or project work.
* Working knowledge of marketing compliance and FCA requirements, demonstrated through adherence to regulatory standards in campaign delivery.



Experience & Qualifications

Essential

* Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a marketing role.
* Practical experience delivering campaigns across digital and offline channels.
* Hands-on use of tools such as Mailchimp, WordPress/Wix, and Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
* Ability to produce and interpret marketing performance reports.
* Strong written communication skills, with examples of copywriting work.


Desirable

* 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within lifestyle, tech, or regulated industries.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media platforms.
* Understanding of marketing compliance, including FCA guidelines.
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
