VACANCY – DISPATCH ADMINISTRATOR
ESS Employment are seeking an Administrator to work for an established local company. You will be responsible for the Despatch of new products, spares and service exchange items.
Duties:
•Despatch Administration- Picking goods for despatch, matching goods with paperwork, raising carriers’ documentation, loading goods onto carriers’ vehicles. Liaising with visiting customers in a courteous and helpful manner. Co-ordination with Sales team for maximising customer service.
•Stores- Maintaining accurate stock levels, kitting and picking for stores, maintaining stock rotation for FIFO. Putting stock away in stores and service department. Liaising with production control to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained. Completing stock checks as required.
•Service Exchange- Booking in of returned units, tracking and progressing outstanding returns, liaising with service exchange team and customers. Updating AA database.
•Health and Safety- Maintain and observe all Health and Safety Rules of the Company. Operate machinery as authorised in accordance with manufacturers operating instructions. Implementing all safe working methods and instructions.
•Quality- Implement company requirements for the quality system, ISO : at all times.
•General- Maintain good standards in the workplace, keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe at all times. Complete all time recording as required. Attend all meetings as required.
