We’re recruiting multiple Identity & Access Management (IAM) professionals to join a large public sector Directorate of Digital as part of a major transformation programme.These roles are open‑ended by design — we’re keen to speak with candidates across technical, specialist, and leadership backgrounds in IAM or related disciplines.This opportunity may be a strong fit if you are:
1. An IAM Specialist with hands‑on technical experience
2. An IAM Technical Lead or Team Leader
3. A security, infrastructure, or cloud professional with strong identity experience
4. A senior engineer looking to step into leadership
5. A people leader who still retains technical oversight
Depending on your background, responsibilities may include:
6. Designing, implementing, or supporting IAM workflows and services
7. Working with identity platforms and access management technologies
8. Supporting authentication, authorisation, and identityernance models
9. Providing technical leadership, mentoring, or informal guidance
10. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
11. Contributing to documentation, standards, or service improvement
We’re keen to hear from candidates with some exposure to:
12. Identity & Access Management or related security technologies
13. Platforms such as Azure AD / Entra ID, Okta, Oracle IAM, or similar
14. Concepts including SSO, MFA, RBAC, accessernance, or privileged access
15. Large,plex, regulated, or enterprise‑scale environments
