About Our Client
Our client is a large organisation based in Nottingham, just outside the City Centre. You would only be required to attend the office 1 day per week.
Job Description
3. Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
4. Assist with TUPE transfer of insourced colleagues
5. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies.
6. Handle payroll queries and provide effective resolutions.
7. Maintain payroll records and update employee information as needed.
8. Assist with payroll audits and reporting tasks.
9. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure smooth operations.
10. Verify timesheets and other documentation before processing payments.
11. Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data promptly.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
12. Previous experience in payroll administration
13. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
14. A solid understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
15. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for payroll management.
16. Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
