An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator / Client Manager to join a well-established estate agency with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional residential sales services.
As a Sales Negotiator / Client Manager, you will be arranging and conducting property viewings, handling buyer enquiries, and supporting clients throughout the entire sales process.
This full-time role offers competitive basic salary and OTE £50,000 - £60,000 and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
Working proactively to achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
Negotiating offers and securing successful transactions.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and colleagues.
Generating referrals for associated services such as mortgages and conveyancing.
Ensuring compliance with property legislation and company processes.
What we are looking for:
Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Property Sales Negotiator, Property Consultant, Sales Manager, Client Manager or in a similar role.
Experience in residential property sales.
Confident in handling negotiations and completing deal.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence.
