Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to play a vital role in delivering seamless global freight operations that support our Heritage, Test, Hospitality, and Fan Activation teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex international shipments that keep our teams performing at the highest level. Your precision, organisation, and collaborative approach will ensure every consignment arrives safely, on time, and fully compliant, wherever in the world our work takes us.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and execute global freight movements for the Heritage, Test, Hospitality, and Fan Activation Teams, navigating multiple time zones and complex logistics networks.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand critical consignment needs and deliver tailored, timely logistics solutions.
* Manage shipping documentation, commercial invoices, and dispatch operations for time‑sensitive airfreight consignments, ensuring complete accuracy, secure handling, and full compliance with airline, customs, and Known Consignor requirements.
* Uphold and champion Known Consignor security standards, maintaining impeccable documentation and secure packing processes that exceed regulatory expectations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, airlines, couriers, and logistics partners to ensure efficient dispatch, smooth transit, and reliable delivery.
* Oversee the preparation and administration of European ATA Carnets with precision, ensuring accurate item listings and valuations.
* Proactively track all shipments from dispatch to delivery, identifying potential delays and providing timely, transparent updates to stakeholders.
* Support the full range of non‑race logistics, including sea freight, air freight, hand‑carries, critical spares, and return freight from global events, delivered with professionalism and attention to detail.
* Maintain comprehensive logistics and customs records that are audit‑ready and fully aligned with HMRC, CAA, and organisational compliance standards.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, optimise costs, and strengthen customs compliance across the department.

Qualifications
* At least 2 years’ experience in a logistics role
* Experience in motorsport
* Holder of Forklift Licence (Preferred not essential)
* IATA Dangerous Goods
* Known Consignor level 11 (Preferred not essential)
