We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing and flexible Au pair /Nanny who is tidy and pays attention to detail to provide exceptional care for children who are aged 11,5 & 6 in a warm and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with children, ensuring their safety. A passion for childcare and the ability to communicate effectively in both English would be advantageous.
Duties
* Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
* Plan and engage in educational activities that promote learning and development.
* Assist with homework as needed.
* Prepare healthy meals and snacks, ensuring they are nutritious and suitable for the children's dietary requirements.
* Organise playdates and outings to encourage social interaction.
* Maintain a clean and organised environment, including tidying up after activities.
* Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
* Walk children to school, extracurricular activities, or appointments when necessary.
* Help with light housework, general tidying
* help with washing and ironing for children
* evening babysitting sometimes
Experience
* Previous experience in childcare or nannying is preferred.
* cooking a nutritious meals for children
* A strong understanding of child development principles is beneficial.
* Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of French is a plus.
* Ability to create a fun, engaging, and educational atmosphere for children of various ages.
