Across JN Bentley and our design and build companies MMB and JBA Bentley, annual revenue now exceeds £500 million. We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Skipton. This is a part time, fixed term role running from 2nd February to 12th June. You’ll work 25 hours per week across five days, with flexibility on working times to suit your schedule. Your Role Will Involve Using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to advertise new vacancies, manage applications, help maintain talent pools and ensure candidate/ interview information is kept up to date Arranging interviews and scheduling these in outlook calendars Maintaining accurate and up to date records within our ATS and recruitment trackers Ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Carrying out recruitment administrative processes Managing the recruitment inbox Processing of recruitment invoices You’ll Need To Demonstrate Previous experience within an administration role is key Confidence in dealing with queries over the phone, via email and using MS teams Competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with candidates and the wider business An organised approach to your work and the ability to effectively manage your time with conflicting priorities The ability to work collaboratively yet autonomously and be a self-starter What’s In It For You Enjoy hybrid working from our Skipton office 3 days per week, a competitive salary, and a fantastic working culture.
