Production Operatives Wanted for Prestigious Client in Fakenham, Norfolk
Gap Personnel is delighted to be recruiting Production Operatives for our prestigious client based in Fakenham, Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer, working within a friendly and supportive team environment.
Role Details:
Position: Full-time or Part-time available
Shifts (4 on / 4 off pattern):
Day Shift: 06:00 – 18:00 | £12.69 per hour
Night Shift: 18:00 – 06:00 | £13.69 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting on the production line
Helping with the moulding and creation of chocolates
Packing finished products ready for dispatch
Maintaining quality standards throughout production
Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
Supporting other duties within the production area as required
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
Ability to follow processes and work well within a team
Strong attention to detail
Flexibility to work both day and night shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rota
Training will be provided for successful candidates, making this a great opportunity whether you’re looking to continue your career in production or start something new.
