This role would particularly suit Psychology, Education, Speech and Language, or Counselling graduates, or individuals looking to build a long-term career supporting children with additional needs.

Role: ASD Support Assistant
Location: Reading
Salary: £89-£100 per day
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Ideal for: Psychology, Education, or Speech & Language graduatesAs an ASD Support Assistant, you will provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils develop communication skills, social interaction, emotional regulation, and independence. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to implement tailored education and behaviour plans.
The ASD Support Assistant role is ideal for individuals who are patient, proactive, and genuinely passionate about inclusive education and neurodiversity.
