We have opportunities for Social Workers to join our Assessment Teams based across Surrey in Reigate and Weybridge, supporting Children and Young People. When not working with our residents in the community, we support agile working with a combination of home and office work. We aim to provide flexibility while ensuring you feel connected to your team and the service.
Working in an assessment team can be fast-paced, unpredictable, and often requires multi-tasking. Please share an example of how you cope under pressure.

Surrey's diverse areas require local social care workers to have a valid UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel across the area.
Our Surrey Children's Service Academy offers over 60 courses, including modules like motivational interviewing and the total respect course, to support your professional development.
The salary range is £42,239 - £45,135 per annum, with a financial package of up to £6,000 payable in three installments over your first 18 months.
