Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Project Sales Manager to join their team. The Air Conditioning Project Sales Manager will drive project sales and oversee HVAC installations from inception to completion. This role combines hands-on project management with a strong focus on direct sales and client relationship development. You will lead our in-house engineers, liaise with subcontractors, and ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Strong understanding of mechanical services and ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Experience managing projects of up to £500k is highly desirable. Solid knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices.
