We’re now looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team and take ownership of our Employee Relations caseload, helping to shape a confident, proactive and high-performing manager advisory service across the business. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll be the go-to expert for Employee Relations, managing cases end-to-end and providing pragmatic, legally sound advice to managers and stakeholders across InHealth. You’ll play a key role in: • Triaging and managing all ER cases, from disciplinary and grievance through to performance, sickness absence and mediation • Coaching and upskilling managers and People Operations colleagues to address issues early and confidently • Acting as an escalation point for complex ER matters, working closely with HR Business Partners • Driving continuous improvement across ER policies, processes, training and management information • Supporting the development and implementation of a best-in-class manager advisory service This is a highly visible role where your expertise will directly influence how people issues are handled across the organisation. What you’ll bring You’ll be an experienced ER professional who combines strong technical knowledge with a practical, people-centred approach. Essential experience and skills: • Proven experience managing a broad Employee Relations caseload • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice • Confidence advising and coaching managers at all levels • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills, with a calm, professional and solutions-focused style Desirable: • Experience within healthcare or a clinically regulated environment • Exposure to contractual law • Experience driving ER process or policy improvements Qualifications: • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) • CIPD Level 7 (desirable) Whats in it for you We offer a fantastic benefits package, which is available through a mobile-enabled rewards platform, called InJoy.
