Theyre investing in new product development and are looking to bring in a Junior / Gradate Manufacturing Engineer to grow into the role. The Role of the Graduate Engineer: Youll be part of a supportive engineering team, helping take new products from concept through to production. This is hands-on and varied, giving you exposure to real product development early in your career. Day to day youll: Support new product introduction from concept to production Help develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and work instructions Assist with prototype builds and first article validation Work closely with design, R&D, production, and quality teams Learn structured problem-solving to resolve production issues Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework and scrap Youll be learning on the job and gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
