Role and Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective Business Studies lessons to students at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. Develop and implement creative teaching strategies that inspire and motivate students. Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Business Studies curriculum and contribute to the overall development of the department. Participate in extracurricular activities and school events, promoting a positive school culture. Maintain high standards of classroom management and student discipline.
