This Legal 500 firm have a significant presence in the Yorkshire legal market and brings in high-quality work. The Role You will be working on a full caseload of family matters including divorce and separation, financial settlements, child arrangements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, and domestic abuse. You will also be responsible for the mentoring of junior team members. Key Responsibilities Providing strategic advice to clients r egarding a range of family matters Negotiating on behalf of clients Attending court proceedings to represent clients Involved in the business development for the firm Mentoring and supporting any junior team members About You Qualified Chartered Legal Executive with at least 5 years Family law experience Previous advocacy experience within court Compassionate and empathetic approach to clients Interested in business development and marketing initiatives to help the growth of the firm What's in it for you?
