Fabricators & Welders - Multiple Roles Available An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an industry leader in the UK's Building Services sector. The company designs, develops, and delivers a wide range of offsite-prefabricated, innovative, and sustainable building service solutions throughout the UK and Europe. Due to this continued growth, we are looking to integrate several Fabricators and Welders to support our expanding teams. We are seeking self-motivated and experienced fabricators to fabricate a range of pipe arrangements to support our team of skilled welders across several of our sites on dayshift in Scarva. As a fabricator and/or welder, successful candidates will be required to work onsite daily within the fabrication/welding facilities The ability to produce some or all types of welds, i.e., TIG / MIG, is required. We also offer opportunities for successful candidates to develop their skills across various welding disciplines and in-house welding procedures. Available Roles Job Title: TIG / MIG Fabricator Location: Scarva Hours: Mon-Thurs 7am-4.30pm, Fri 7am-1.30pm Salary: Competitive depending on experience Reporting to: Senior Production Manager Job Title: TIG / MIG Fabricator / Welder Location: Scarva Hours: Mon-Thurs 7am-4.30pm, Fri 7am-1.30pm Salary: Competitive depending on experience Reporting to: Senior Production Manager Job Title: TIG Fabricator Location: Scarva Hours: Mon-Thurs 7am-5pm, Fri 7am-4.30pm Salary: Competitive depending on experience Reporting to: Site Supervisor Job Title: TIG Fabricator / Welder Location: Scarva Hours: Mon-Thurs 7am-5pm, Fri 7am-4.30pm Salary: Competitive depending on experience Reporting to: Site Supervisor Key Responsibilities Take direction from Site Supervisor on work requirements Read and interpret pipe fabrication drawings Fabricate pipe sets (carbon steel & stainless steel, 65mm-500mm) Adhere to company welding procedures and standards Liaise with Quality Control regarding defects and non-conformance's Crosstrain in various welding activities Follow Health & Safety processes Ensure timely progress of allocated work Operate MIG/TIG or MMA welding equipment Use precision measurement instruments Use metal cutting and grinding equipment Report faults or damage to machinery/tooling Maintain clean tools, equipment, and work areas Set a positive example onsite Perform other duties as required by management Essential Criteria: Previous experience as a Fabricator or Welder (preferably pipe fabrication) Ability to interpret welding procedure requirements Skilled in using shop floor hand tools (Grinders, Hand Plasmas, etc.) Confident in reading fabrication and assembly drawings Organised and structured approach to work Good attendance and timekeeping Strong interpersonal skills Ability to maintain productive working relationship's Willingness to undertake training Desired Criteria: Experience producing pipe arrangements using TIG/MAG and MMA Background in heavy fabrication, architectural steel work, or stainless/carbon welding If you are seeking a new opportunity, please submit an up-to-date CV today via the "Apply" link, or you can call the Branch on and speak to Donna Benefits: salary to be confirmed
