Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Purchase & Stock Administrator for one of our clients in Aldridge. As a Purchase & Stock Administrator, you must be PC literate and have stock purchasing experience.
Purchase & Stock Administrator Responsibilities:
* Manage stock control, including maintaining adequate inventory levels in both the vending machine and stockroom
* Monitor and replenish general office supplies as part of day-to-day operations
* Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability
* Raise and process purchase orders in line with company procedures
* Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to achieve cost savings
* Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Purchase & Stock Administrator Details:
Location: WS9 Aldridge
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30 and Friday 8am to 3pm
Pay: £13.71 (Temp to perm)
Purchase & Stock Administrator Requirements:
* Proven experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role
* Strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills
* Effective negotiation and supplier management abilities
* Good analytical skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or procurement systems is advantageous
