Main Contractor – Bunhill, Greater London – £70,000–£80,000 Package An established main contractor is seeking a driven and experienced QA Manager to oversee quality assurance on a large-scale construction project based out of their Greater London office (Bunhill). This is a full-time, permanent position offering long-term opportunity within a growing team. The successful QA Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all quality processes and procedures are implemented and maintained across the site and supporting the wider team in meeting client, design, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities As a QA Manager, you will: * Develop and maintain the site-specific Quality Assurance Plan * Carry out regular inspections and audits across the project to ensure compliance with quality procedures * Identify and resolve non-conformances, issuing and tracking corrective actions * Ensure subcontractors are aligned with the project’s QA requirements * Review ITPs, method statements, and quality documentation * Support handover processes by compiling and maintaining quality records * Lead quality toolbox talks and promote a strong quality culture on site * Liaise with the site team, clients, and consultants to ensure expectations are met Experience and Qualifications Required To be considered for this QA Manager role, you’ll need: * Previous experience as a QA Manager or Quality Advisor within the construction industry * Experience working for a main contractor (not necessarily Tier 1) * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards * Strong documentation, reporting, and auditing skills * Good working knowledge of drawings and specifications * Excellent communication and team coordination skills * IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Office and QA systems * A qualification in construction, civil engineering, or quality management is preferred What’s on Offer * Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 per annum (depending on experience) * Full company benefits package * Office location: Bunhill, Greater London * Long-term project pipeline and strong internal support * Stable, growing contractor with an open and collaborative culture Location: Bunhill, Greater London Type: Full-time, Permanent Apply now to find out more about this QA Manager opportunity.
