This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building trust with patients, and being part of a supportive team. You’ll help create a smooth and positive experience for every patient who walks through the door. You’ll support the day-to-day running of the practice with essential admin and reception tasks including booking appointments and keeping records organised and accurate Most importantly, you’ll bring a warm, friendly approach that helps every patient feel confident and well cared for. Alongside this, you’ll carry out pre-screening checks and help people choose frames that suit both their vision and their style. You’ll also get hands-on with dispensing and spectacle adjustments to make sure every pair fits comfortably and works perfectly. You will be an integral part of our team here, helping us drive our service offering forward, always looking for opportunities to improve and innovate. We are also looking for someone who shares our dedication to putting patients first and spending the time needed to get to the bottom of their visual needs. Equally important to us is the way you interact with patients. Providing a friendly, informative, and empathetic service is a must. Ultimately, you must be an ambassador for our brand and profession within the local community.
