Overview
This internal sales role plays a critical part in supporting the sales process from enquiry to delivery. You'll work closely with our sales and operations teams to handle orders, manage business to business sales, manage client communications, maintain accurate records and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
* Process sales orders and quotations accurately and efficiently.
* Coordinate with operations and finance to ensure seamless fulfilment and invoicing.
* Maintain and update CRM records, customer files, and product information.
* Assist the sales team with administrative support, including preparing quotations and client materials.
* Respond to client queries via phone and email.
* Track order progress and keep customers informed throughout.
* Help prepare sales reports and performance data for internal use.
Skills
* Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* A positive, proactive attitude and a team player.
