Due to continued exponential growth, JDL Recruitment are looking to hire a Resourcer to join the team in the UK! This is the perfect role for someone with a couple of years experience resourcing in the mission critical market or perhaps a Consultant who prefers the candidate side of the process, as oppose to the client (while still receiving commission!).
This opportunity is remote working from the UK or Dubai.
Responsibilities
* Source and identify candidates across the data centre construction and mission-critical sector
* Utilise LinkedIn, job boards and industry networks to build talent pipelines
* Screen candidates and conduct initial qualification calls
* Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
* Support consultants with CV preparation, shortlisting and interview coordination
* Maintain accurate records within the CRM / ATS system
Requirements
* Experience in recruitment resourcing or talent sourcing (mission critical sectors preferred)
* Strong communication and candidate management skills
* Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards and sourcing tools
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Interest in the fast-growing data centre industry
