Job Opportunity: Casual Matchday Sous Chef Premium Brands at Everton Hill Dickinson Stadium

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Leadership:
o Support Head Chefs in managing a matchday dining operation with 13 outlets.
o Champion a culture focused on quality, team development, and health and safety.
* Health & Safety:
o Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
o Implement company processes for hygiene, recording, stock management, and wastage control.
o Ensure compliance with food safety standards and UK law.
* Operational Excellence:
o Oversee food production and operational delivery of all premium restaurants.
o Ensure consistent and exceptional product quality.
o Manage stock, including ordering, usage, wastage, and waste recording.
o Conduct regular checks on fridge/freezer temperatures, food probing, and hot holding.
* Guest Focus:
o Drive a guest-focused culture with an in-depth knowledge of hospitality standards.
o Foster effective communication between front and back of house teams.
* Compliance:
o Ensure food hygiene, COSHH, and due diligence systems are always complied with.
o Be aware of accident reporting, maintenance fault reporting, and fire policies.
Qualifications:
* Experience in a similar environment.
* Positive and passionate focus on food and hospitality.
* Strong communication skills.
* Calm, resilient, and problem-solving abilities.
* Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
* Full awareness of allergen and calorie procedures.
