An experienced First Line Service Desk Analyst required for an established business within Derbyshire
The successful candidate will form part of a strong team culture reporting directly to the Service Desk Manager
Duties :
1. Provide first-line technical support
2. Log all support requests and technical issues
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
4. Follow up with users to ensure.
Key Skills
5. Technical support experience
6. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365 suite.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Strong problem-solving skills
9. Ability to prioritize workload
10. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are advantageous but not essential.
Monday to Friday (7.00-15.00 & 9.00-17.00 on a weekly rota)
WFH day after probation
Salary - £24500
