Join our snack-loving team! We're looking for a Site Services Manager to join our team at KP Snacks. This role involves leading the engineering services at our Ashby site, managing a team, overseeing maintenance activities, and supporting safety and compliance initiatives.
As Site Services Manager, you will ensure equipment and infrastructure are safe, reliable, and compliant. You will lead engineering projects, support site audits, and work cross-functionally to optimize performance across various lines and SKUs.

What will you be doing?
* Leading and developing the site services team
* Driving improvements via MP&S and Breakdown Elimination tools
* Coordinating maintenance, audits, and projects with engineering and contractors
* Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
* Reviewing service contracts and maintenance plans

Requirements
* Recognised mechanical or electrical engineering qualification (City & Guilds or above)
* Collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing others
* Hands-on experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments, preferably in site services or facilities maintenance
* Confidence with compliance, risk assessments, and maintenance tools like PUWER and LOLER
