Job Description

To lead, coordinate, and facilitate the implementation of service delivery within Cleaner Communities. To drive development and innovation within the Service, ensuring the provision of the best service to the communities served. To assist with the promotion, delivery, and integration of the Council's key objectives, specifically in relation to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement, and Best Value.


Requirements

The Individual

This is a full-time permanent position based at Garlaff Depot, Cumnock. The hours of work are 35 per week, with a work pattern of Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm & Friday 9am-4pm. The annual salary ranges from £40,495 to £44,117. The workstyle is flexible, with 50-79% of time office-based. Employees may work at different locations, occasionally from home or another location 1-2 days per week. All office-based employees (except those in schools) are expected to work towards the higher end of their workstyle in terms of time spent in the office or other locations.
