Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Manchester at Namii Kitchen & Cocktails. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day kitchen operations, preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring food quality and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen.
Qualifications
* Culinary skills and experience in Asian cuisine
* Knowledge of Vietnamese cooking techniques and ingredients
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Team player with good communication skills
* Food safety certification is a plus
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Passion for Vietnamese and Asian flavours
