Location: Swavesey, Cambridge; apply to role based in Basildon, Essex.
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 + Benefits + Company Van
Responsibilities
* Lead a team as part of a project or defined work stream, driving service standards and achievement of KPIs.
* Assess resource requirements and support management of day-to-day activity, ensuring team objectives are met within time, cost and budget constraints.
* Deliver a compliant, safe and resilient service.
* Deliver services within budget and manage multi-site workforces.
Qualifications
* Level 3 trade or Construction Management qualification.
* Gold Supervisory CSCS card.
* Social Housing experience, specifically void experience.
* Operational management experience/service delivery in a trade role – managing operatives and subcontractors’ performance and KPIs.
* Valid UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
About You
* Trade Maintenance background with knowledge of construction methods, technology and materials.
* Excellent time management, IT and influencing skills; proactive and flexible approach.
* Ability to manage operatives and subcontractors’ performance and deliver a compliant, safe and resilient service.
* Competence in trade service delivery, inspections, quality assurance and governance of trade activities, including recording keeping.
