Air Conditioning Installation Engineer
Location: Kent, London & Surrounding Areas (Depot: Dartford, DA2)
Salary: £45,000 £55,000 per year (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 16:30
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our well-established and growing company. This role is strictly installation-focused and does not include servicing or breakdown work.
You will be working on a range of residential and commercial projects across Kent, London, and surrounding areas, delivering high-quality installations while representing the company professionally on site.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation of air conditioning systems including Split, Multi-split, VRV/VRF and FCU systems
* Carrying out first-fix and second-fix installation works on site
* Installing pipework, pressure testing, evacuation, commissioning and system handover
* Installation of condensate drainage systems and associated electrical connections
* Working closely with the contracts and projects team to ensure smooth delivery of works
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship, health & safety, and customer care
Candidate Requirements
* Living within approximately 15 miles of Dartford (DA2 7ER)
* Full UK driving licence
* Minimum of 8 years experience in air conditioning installation
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to read drawings and follow technical specifications
* Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Essential Qualifications
* F-Gas Certification
* Relevant City & Guilds or equivalent HVAC qualifications
* Valid CSCS card
Desirable (but not essential):
* IPAF, PASMA or similar access equipment certification
