We are currently recruiting for a Care Coordinator to maintain and develop our service in Oxford.
Core Duties & Responsibilities as Care Coordinator:
1. Roster and template care calls using an electronic system.
2. Manage the care team, monitor staff development through supervisions, appraisals, and training to ensure high-quality service delivery.
3. Create, manage, and monitor customer care plans, ensuring staff rotas meet service users' needs and aspirations.
4. Ensure care assessments, care, and risk planning meet best practices and customer expectations.
5. Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to ensure sufficient staffing levels both current and future.
6. Provide care services to service users in emergencies, arrange emergency cover when required, and cover calls as needed.
7. Answer telephones promptly and communicate politely and respectfully.
8. Work alongside the Branch Manager to ensure quality standards, complaints, and comments are addressed promptly.
9. Participate in the paid on-call rota.
10. Implement measures to comply with CQC regulations and work towards achieving the best care standards possible.

Candidate requirements:
* Commitment to improving the quality of life for vulnerable people.
* Flexibility to cover on-call duties as needed.
* Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance.
* Experience with rostering care calls on electronic systems.
* Experience in Care Coordinating or at least 2 years in Health & Social Care (preferred).
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred).
