Job Objectives
As Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planned, organised, and timely delivered maintenance tasks throughout the Production Facility. This is a varied role requiring engagement with our key stakeholders, operational oversight with strategic input and directly contributing to the safe running of the Production Facility.
Responsibilities
* Planning scheduled daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks
* Scope and plan emergency and non-emergency work orders
* Ordering and assembling spare parts, materials etc
* Managing work order backlog
* Assessment of completed work orders for additional work planning
* Maintaining maintenance databases
* Maintaining stores stock control
* Preparation and issuing of planned work packages
* Assessment of contractor RAMS
* Preparation and issue of Permit to Work documents
Personal Specification
* Strong organiser and communicator, with the confidence to engage across different teams
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders
* A keen eye for detail, able to check and review information such as reports, job sheets, risk assessments and drawings
* Strong IT skills, including confident use of Excel, Word, and Outlook to create spreadsheets, reports, and documents
* Robust organisational and time management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise a busy workload
* Experience of managing or working closely with contractors
* Previous experience of working in a fast-paced engineering and production environment
* FMCG experience preferred but not essential
* Previous experience of CMMS systems
